    LCP Price?

I am getting ready to go to a gun show in about a week. What should I pay for an LCP. I want one but I don't want to get ripped off. Any thoughts. Also is it customary to bargain at a show? I never bought a gun from a show before.

You definitely can haggle at a show. Some dealers just won't cause they are tight. I have seen them anywhere from low to high 300.

Check out gunbroker.com to get an idea of gun prices. Typically around here, gun shows do not have many great deals anymore. Haggle for sure.

I saw one the other day new at a gun shop for $275.

I paid $325 for mine, but that was when they first came out and everybody and their brother wanted one.

I'd say around $300 is fair, any more that that and you're getting ripped.

Just bought one at a gun show for $325. I figure with fearless leader threatening to ban these things, I am not going to quibble over a few dollars.

I was at a gun show last weekend and there was NO haggling over prices. If you didn't buy the gun, there were 5 people standing behind you that would pay the asking price.

I paid $269 for mine. The list price is $330. I would not pay more than list and I would not do business with anyone who routinely gouges but it depends on how badly you want one.

I paid $350 for mine the other week at Academy, but it was the only place I could actually find one. So I bit the bullet and just paid the extra bucks. Oh and if you live in Dallas or Houston, have fun hunting for .380 ammo.

    Cool

$308 OTD.......Just find a dealer you trust and order one.........if the price is fair.....Don't get caught up in the "i want one now " mentality.

This place has them listed for $251. You have to join to order, but you only have to register to see the prices.

I recently saw one for sale at Gander Mt. They wanted 350. They are usually somewhat high on stuff in my opinion. OTOH, they don't have them in stock at the real gun store; which will put you on a waiting list. I haven't asked for the price there because I'm not ready to jump in and deal.

    The list price is $330.
The MSRP of the LCP is $347.00 in the 2009 Ruger catalog.

I picked up a brand new copy today.

Then they raised it. It was $330 last year. The going price should still be in the $300 range.
