Sig P220 SAO or XDm 40 or SA 1911
I have a dilemma.. Went to a local gunstore and saw a Sig P220 SAO carry and it was NICE. Held it and it felt decent (hands are somewhat on the small size). They also had an XDm 40, also felt ok in the hand. With my tax refund, I got the ok to purchase another firearm..sooo I'm torn and need some input.. before I saw these, I was pretty set on getting a SS (maybe bitone) Springfield Loaded 1911. I currently carry a Kimber pro carry. I read JDs input on going higher capacity and it made some sense to me...so my choices are.
Sig P220 SAO (night sights) - $860 (.45 what I'm used to)
XDm .40 - $ 619 - higher capacity/ benefit of changing grip backstraps - and have extra money for goodies.
SA 1911 - not sure on price but thinking $850 - $1000 (just a thing of beauty)
