It has a slide lock in the picture. I have a P11 and a P3AT and both have worked flawless right out of the box. This should make a great pocket gun.

I hope to hear that they are more reliable than the P32 my wife has now. It is currently at Kel-Tec's service department getting fixed...hopefully.

The new Kel Tec looks nice, especially for the price, but this is the K-T "pistol" I want to get, and at less than $500!! It's a little bit more substantial than my P-3AT with just a tad more punch. My idea of a REAL pocket pistol... if you have some mighty big pockets!

If they can get it running like others have said,, its going to give the poly Khars a run for their money, the "R" has nothing to worry about the price alone keeps it out of the running for most..

Like the way they rounded the slide a little more than the P-11,

Hope the mag's are offeder without the finger ext.

I "felt one up" during the SHOT Show....and I liked the way it felt. I'm gonna wait until I see some tests and review before I will consider purchasing one.

I have had good success with the P-11s/P-3ATs/P-32s. You bet I'll invest less than $300 to give one a try! I have been considering a Kahr, but have heard that the polymer models have had problems. I'll take my chances with the KT for about half the price of the Kahr. I'm going to have my dealer put me on the list tomorrow.
