A polymer frame CZ, I would love to handle one of those. Looks awesome, that is for sure!
I know what you're thinking, "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself...you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk? - Dirty Harry

The CZ-USA and Custom Shop guys that have handled the Duty were
    mightily impressed.

They were NOT fans of polymer framed pistols, before they shot the gun.
Reversal of opinion after-wards! At least in relation to the P-07.

    While I've owned Glocks for years..a M&P..and a short lived CZ100.
I actually felt the same about a "'plastic CZ" until I handled a RAMI P.

CZ tends to thoroughly test guns before they field them.

The SP-01 PHANTOM seems to be doing well in the hands of the few
people that have purchased them since they finally arrived on our shores.

Those picking up a Duty in March (like ME) will also be getting a quality firearm.

2009.. looks to be very exciting at CZ!

Did I read that correctly, on CZ's web site: 1.5" wide?

Probably including the decocking or safety lever. Sigs are spec'd out the same at sigarms.com.

P-07 Duty. Compact frame. No interchange backstrap.
    New magazines.
OMEGA trigger and the ability to go from DA/SA to decocker in
minutes. Also buyer has option of fixed or adjustable sights,
as the gun will have the adj. sights, but fixed sights will be in
    the box.

SP-01 Phantom. Full sized SP-01 frame. Interchanging backstrap.
    Uses standard CZ 9mm/40 magazines.
