    Glock manual says that you can use any ammo made to SAAMI or NATO specs

    And as far as I have seen, all commercial +P loads are SAAMI-compliant.

    I shoot and carry +p's (and some +p+) in all my Glocks. If it is commerial, it's covered.

    On a side note, +P+ is not SAAMI compliant last I heard, so it's up to you on shooting those types of loads. I would say that the tiny extra "oomph" isn't worth risking a fine pistol over, but you're a big boy now and can decide that for yourself.

    That's what I carry. Stout recoil and more muzzle flash but sweeet to shoot!

    +P - More kick, higher velocity, more muzzle flash
    Non +P - Less recoil, quicker followup shots.

    My SD is the Federal HST +P 230gr. in my G36.

    But suprisingly very controllable with Cor-Bon and Hornady 230gr. +P.
