Went shopping, got CZ 75B "Omega"

Have had eye my on SIXTOs post about CZs.Before reading it earlier yesterday , I realized that I didnt have a 9 around to shoot since I sent off my Hi- power...so I went out to get a 9 to have around while I wait the year to get it back. Buddy of mine had a 75B some years ago and I always kinda kept track of the breed . Spent some time on the CZ forums and read that they have a small run of a couple thousand pistols with some trigger work done on them from the factory..sounded nice . Low and behold Local shop /range had one...so grabbed that today...DA trigger is HEAVY...Single action is very nice...some creep ,but smooth...gotta go find some ammo tommorrow...range report to follow..I was also looking at the XDm 9 they had...I guess I just dont like plastic anymore...CZ FEELs like something ..fits the hand well for sure.

After a few months with your CZ. You might say "Hi-Power, what??" or something to that effect.

The new Omega 75Bs are reportedly quite smoother than a regular CZ75B.
I hope to czech one out soon:)

I look forward to seeing your pics and hearing more about your gun.

My friend bought one, and now I have one too. So far, I'm impressed. I promised I'll wait for him to get back in town to go to the range.

FWIW, I've been dry firing the crud out of mine; it really has smoothed out the Omega trigger.

Im kind of geeked about the gun...looking for some cocobolo grips for it.And a IWB holster...And gee ,you can send it off to that Angus guy and have some Hi Viz sights put on to remedy the smallish sights..and a couple more mags...And hey ! They only made a couple thousand of them...gosh, might want to keep an eye out for an extra to throw in the safe... I need help..And some more ammo! Gonna go shoot it again tomorrow!

Does the Kadet kit work with the P-06/P-01 as well? I just put a P-06 on hold and am trying to do a little research before I pick it up. Thanks in advance.

I know they work on the P-01, not sure about the P-06.
