The .32 NAA is as about as popular as the .32 H&R magnum. What hurts both calibers is the availability of ammunition manufacturers. Cor Bon is the only source for .32 NAA that I know of, while Black Hills, Federal and Georgia Arms are the only sources for .32 H&R magnum. That is why so few actually own guns chambered in either caliber. I sometimes carry a S&W 431 .32 H&R magnum as a BUG, but lately my new Ruger LCP .380 acp has taken over that role.

The 32 NAA is a hot little round in that Guardian. But a well made .380 defensive round will do probably the same thing...with a bigger hole. After all it is a .32 bullet in a .380 casing.

I have a .32NAA and will carry it during the summer when its hot and humid here in Kansas. It goes well with a pair of shorts and a shirt worn outside the pants. I don't feel 'undergunned' with it.
I purchased a box of "Extreme Shock", 60 gr. EPR ammunition a year or so ago. They advertised it with a video showing a sports show host taking a 200lb. wild boar with it. (It was impressive). For some reason, Extreme Shock has removed the .32NAA ammo from their catalog. Extreme Shock - The World's Most Advanced Ammunition

I know the ammo and gun choices are limited but for the handloader and the custom gun owner the ballistics are compelling. A rebarreled Makarov, LCP or SMC -380 can yield some stunning results for bullet speed and accuracy in a very compact pistol.
