Glock sacrificed on the altar of Kimber today.

Went to the gun show today and look what came home with me. That's a Kimber Stainless II Ultra Carry.

The one and only Glock I've owned (model 22) had to go bye bye in a trade for this. Never could get any kind of warm and fuzzy feeling about that Glock. The knife is an Alaskan Bush Camp Suregrip and soon as it was in my hand I knew it was coming home.

    Congrats!
I bought the first one I held. Something just right about it. And it's a tack-driver. Even for a newbie. I taught my sister one day and the first 6 of 7 shots she squeezed off hit the spinner target at 25 feet. I was on the ground laughing with amazement!

Thats a nice gun...but try getting the same rugged reliability out of a 3 inch 1911 as that Glock 22. Still I dont blame you...it sure is purdy.

My Kimber ( sold ) did not like every ammo. I could shoot better then Glock, but I had too many FTF with it. Sold it, bought HK 45C. Never look back. HK eats anything with less recoil. It is about 27 oz empty.
Sorry, never Kimber for me again too many FTFs, even after 600 rounds.
