    Talking yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

    ok guys im super excited grips are 95% done and all i need to do is go over it with 220 grit and paper and then decide what im gonna seal it with!! i broke out the dremel to do all the rough sanding. so im super stoked!! here are some pictures!! i made some of them thumbnails so they would save some space...they are different from the rest!! what do u guys think?????

    correct! my brother tried them and it didnt fit his hand at all!! but my hands are quite a bit larger then his!!

    here is the finished product. i used linseed oil for the finish. still wet so i cant put them on the gun yet. i plan on putting at least 5 coats on them before there done but i will slowly do that!! ill try to take some better quality pics soon!!

    Very impressive! I think they look great! I don't think I would have the patience to do that. Me and wood don't get along, I always try to go to fast and end up ruining whatever I'm making. Kudos to you. Maybe someday I will give it another go.

    Very nice, you should be proud. Job well done, I would've gone with a red or blue transparent polyurethane... but I didn't put in the hours.

    so i went out and test fired my gun today with my new grips and everything went well except the ring finger needs to be a little deeper because the recoil hits my finger on the trigger guard so i will hit it with the dremel tomorrow to fix it and put some more linseed oil!!!
