I am looking for a new semi-automatic carry pistol. I would like:
*Chambered for 9mm
*No manual safety
*Has grip safety
*Removable grips (can be traded out for other grips)
*Single-stack (for slim width)
Anyone know of a gun that fits this criteria?

I cant think of any of the top of my head that fulfill all of your requirements. The closest I can think of is a Kimber Aegis or a Springfield EMP.
I don't know of many 9mm single stack guns that meets that criteria, other than the already mentioned H&K P7. Maybe Para Ordnance makes a DAO 1911 style pistol in 9mm, but it would still have a manual safety, but given the DA trigger you could just leave the safety off, and be sure to get a quality holster that covers the trigger.

Closet thing I can think of is the Beretta 9000S in 9 mm...can be carried SA/DA or just SA.![]()

P7 is the only thing I can think of.

Thats a tough one. You probably wont find a gun with all of that except the p7, the next closest would be the aegis or the emp.

short answer ... No!
"I don't know who invented Yoga and I don't know who invented pants. But I do know that I'd like to shake the hand of the man who put those two ideas together."
P7, for sure.
What we've got here is failure to communicate.
Are any of your criteria negotiable? If the grip safety were removed you would open up alot of options.

Sounds like you've listed the German police design requirements for the P7.
I'd say yes, the XDM9.
Because even though it's a double stack, it's the slimmest double stack you can find. For both comfort of grip (has interchangeable backstraps as well) and slimness of design, it's actually a double stack in single stack uniform.
Compare it to another double stack like the Beretta 92FS and you'll instantly see what I mean.
I had a tough time getting used to carrying the brick that was my XD9SC before I decided to go to another pistol. For now, it's a revolver but I want something I can use for both carry and IDPA.
My concern with the XDs was primarily the width. Is the M much slimmer than the traditional XDs?
+1. Great CCW!!!! By far the most accuurate and reliable semi next to my SIG 228 I've ever shot. Also has a great trigger and very low recoil due to it's gas piston design which make it one fast shooting weapon. Sig is less maintenence free but not as accurate and has a wider grip. The P7 at 5:00 dissapears under a t-shirt easily in my TT Gunleather IWB. Highly recommend one.
