Congrats on the G26, I think you'll be pretty impressed with it's accuracy and reliability.

Curious,: whats the s/n prefix? Glock had an issue with weak rear frame rails that were breaking off on early built models that included 26-27s. Glock was replacing the defective frames but the owner had to pay shipping, to and from their factory.

If you'd like, shoot me a PM and I'll provide you the links to the data.

For now, I'd check the rear rails for excessive wear and/or to make sure it's intact before you take it out to the range. Then rule out S/N prefix.

FYI, I carry an early model G26.

Only had time for 50 rounds today but it shot great. For the first time I did well on the target. Very happy with its perfomance.

I did notice it did have a good kick.
I sure they are the stock sights, they are easy to use.
I cc all day with a IWB holster and it a great fit.
I think I will invest on some mag extenders.

The pierce grip extensions are pretty sweet! I have both the +1 and +2 pierce extensions on mine. Definitely worth the money, as I feel they help manage the recoil as well. Enjoy the 26!

if you want to extend the grip, then consider a Pierce grip extension, won't add mag capacity just grip

if you must get the +1 or +2 mag extensions then get replacement spring for the magazine

I added Pearce +0 grip extensions to all but one of my magazines... it's always good to have options. This is one of the best little guns I've ever owned... reliable and very accurate... I usually shot this almost as well as I shoot my Glock 19... maybe it just makes me concentrate a little harder when I shoot it. It's almost the only gun I carry in the summer.

I love mine. Shot 200 rounds through it just last week. Its short site radius makes it harder to shoot well, then its longer cousins, but it’s a winner.

It is my daily carry.
The Pierce extension goes on the magazine.
The +1 is not bigger so ...
My spare mag is a G-19 mag that fits the G-26.
If the recoil impairs your accuracy, try a ported barrel from Lone Wolf.
