    Question for the forum...

Do you differentiate between your shtf guns and your ccw guns? To clarify, do you have one set for shtf and another set for ccw? Or am I just crazy?

My EDC is my SHTF gun (usually my G27), except when I'm in bed, when my 686 (.357 magnum) takes over that job.

My SHTF primaries are long guns, a handgun would be a weapon of last resort, but my carry weapon would be that pistol.

No, the handgun I carry or my former carry gun if SHTF out. If at home; long guns although a bit limited.

I've narrowed down my weapons to just a few calibers...mostly .45's and 9mm in pistols, and 30-30 and 00 buck for long guns.

I would first be inclined to take care of business with my EDC, a Kimber in .45...we'll see how things play out from there if the S really HTF.

Between my pistol, 22lr, and shotgun I should be able to deal with whatever I need to.

When and if shtf happens, you will need everything you have. Daily carry is self protection. SHFT is Family protection. More loved ones to protect, means more and bigger carry.
