I know they've got a pretty devoted following and from what I've heard they are great for what they are intended to do.

I don't like the unprotected trigger. It looks like a ND waiting to happen.

I've shot a derringer on multiple occasions. It is

    -inaccurate
    -slow to reload
    -heavy for the capacity
-difficult to cock without the use of both hands
-a PITA to unload the casings when they stick
-all in all, an inferior defensive weapon

Well made, heavy, not so small, fairly accurate, a bit easier to hold than most derringers due to the handle design, built like a tank, lots of different calibers and definatley better than throwing rocks.

They arent cheap, but if I was going to own a 2 shot, this would be the one.

It would be a good "belly gun".

    This gun looks fun.

The guy in the video didn't seem to have any problem shooting skeet.

It would be difficult to carry it legally concealed in Nevada. We have to qualify with each weapon that we wish to carry and have it listed on our permit (exception: You can qualify with one revolver, and you can legally carry any revolver. For pistols, you have to qualify with each one. To qualify, you have to fire six shots, reload, and fire six more, in under a minute, at 3 yards, 7 yards, and 15 yards. At the 3 yard line, you fire six, reload, and change hands.) With only 2 shots, it would be difficult to do.

Honestly, I always wanted one for the heck of it. But, truthfully .... too many good pocket guns out there that will carry more ammo and be more effective functionally than they would be.

I always wondered about the hammer catching on something as it was pulled and getting a ND.

In reality, that Bond Arms hardly qualifies as a 'mouse gun'. It is heavy and can be had in .45 LC.

After looking at the video, it looks like a pretty cool little BUG.
    I'm sure it 'kicks'...
Certainly wouldn't be my first gun, but a great little addition to a 'collection'.

Might make a good back up , deep concealment piece. I carry a NAA .22 occasionally for this purpose.
