Hey Ya'll

I just wanted to write to tell you about my experience with S&W customer service this morning. I recently purchased a used sw99c that came with three mags. Two of them had the curved pinky extension, one did not.

I called today to order the curved floor plate for the mag (it's listed as a $4 part in the parts catalog). I was pleasantly surprised when the customer rep asked for my address and then told me they'd be shipping one out for free.

That is awesome! I really was ready/expecting to pay 4 bucks plus a few for shipping for the part. I thought it was pretty cool of them to do that, especially since they really didn't have any reason to do so.
