    Wife's new gun

After fondling many guns over the last couple of months my wife finally selected a G26. Her main reasons for choosing this particular gun, aside from comfort/fit, was concealability, weight, reliability, and ease of use. She will be taking her CWP class by the end of this month and will soon join the ranks with those of us that choose to exercise their 2A rights.

On a side note, I was happy to see that my favorite gun shop actually had SD ammo to go along with her new purchase. A box of Remington Golden Saber JHP 124 gr +P (25 rounds) was only $16.95.

    Nice choice.

I have the Glock-26 for my wife...she can rack the slide (had trouble with my Kimber...the G was much easier)...she's just getting used to it.
We still trying to figure out how to carry it.

Very nice. Great all around weapon. Are her hands small enough that she won't need a pinky extension? That will help even more with concealability.

This is my wife's concern as well -- whether she'll carry IWB, OWB, or purse. I'm thinking a thigh rig under a little black dress would work for me!

Go with a red dress, better contrast with the Glock

A 9mm may expand, but a .45 will never shrink.

Nice gun AND defensive ammo, my compliments. Golden Saber is one of my favorites, I use them in 9mm and .45acp.

I recently found some bonded GS in .45acp, haven't found any in 9mm yet but I'm thinking it should minimize any jacket separation issues.

There was another sub-compact Glock at the store with an extension on it and she liked the way it felt, so we'll probably get her one at the gun show next weekend.

Congrats to her! Glocks will always be in my top gun list!

Have fun looking for holsters for her carry method as well!
(I have two Comp-Tac IWB for my Glock 23 and love them both - great kydex holsters)
