maybe a 1911? perhaps a sig? You've got a hell of a nice collection already, I would buy an AR-10....
Sig P250c 9mm
Bersa Thunder .380
Kershaw Leek
Hopefully soon, RAA Saiga .223 and a Sig 1911 .45
Not seeing any 9mm in there :)
Smith & Wesson M&P9 perhaps, very nice gun. Or +1 on 1911.

I have a Glock 23 and a S&W 642 if that means anything. I think I'll pick up a G27 (or 26) in the next week or so (smaller more concealable package).
There are a lot of nice guns out there. And a few dogs. If you can shoot a few like Glock, Springfield XD's, S&W M&P's, etc. it can help with your decision. A very high percentage of people shoot 9mm far better than the .40's. The snappy recoil of the .40 does take some getting used to for most people.
There are also a lot of good post right here on the G27 and I think it would be the same for the G26. Good luck.![]()

Sig .22, NAA .22lr/mag. Those are my bets.
I know not what this "overkill" means.
Honing the knives, Cleaning the longguns, Stocking up ammo.
I'd have to vote for a John Browning design.
Either the 1911 or a High Power. If that doesn't float your boat take a look at the new FNP's. I like the 40's, but it also comes in 9mm or 45. Personally I'd get a 40 or a 357 Sig and drop in a 9mm Barrel. Do that and you can have some versatility.
BTW: If you get a High Power I'd go with a 40 and drop in a 9mm Barrel for practice at the Range.

With that spending range, I would recommend a Kimber Pro Carry II. My buddy picked one up for around $750 and it is a great gun. The only change he made to it was putting Hogue grips on it. It is very comfortable to shoot, as well as, fun!
1911s FTW!

If you are a collector, I can't help you, as I don't understand collecting, unless it is built around a theme, such as USA military pistols through history. If you are a CC'er, then I recommend spending the money on a good close-range gunfighting class. Rangemaster in Memphis is a good place.
I have sold a gun specifically to help finance training. It IS worth it!
kimber ultra carry night II .45
PC 629 Carry Comp .44 Mag
sig gsr 1911
Springfield Lightweight Champion Operator 45 acp
Taurus 1911..
there are a lot of options if i had 800 bucks to blow id be looking at these... or an AR
Time for a rifle maybe?

How about an S&W M&P9c or 40c with a Crimson Trace laser grip.

A Sig, I'd recommend either a P220, P229 or P239. Of course a P226 would be nice too.![]()

What things are you looking for in a new gun? Size, caliber, capacity, CC, manual of arms?

You have a pretty well rounded collection. I agree that you may want to get a rifle. You should be able to pick up a no frills AR for $800. I bought mine used and just put a light on it. It is a DPMS and the only other item that I may add on is an Eothech. But to be honest I really don't need it, the iron sights are fine for what I need it for.

It is better to have your gun and not need it, than to need it and not have it!
Still can't believe what happened on 11/06/12! Disgusted and disappointed!
