Just a thought.

He has let me know, I think this Sig may be the one, as we shopped extensively when he was home a few weeks ago. I am going to keep asking him in the line of what he wants to carry when he gets his CCL and if he tells me I will buy it, if I'm not sure I might buy it anyway and if he doesn't want it I'll keep it for me and he can buy another one. Win win. We get to talk every few days and I casually keep getting details, and if all else fails I will flat out ask him what he wants. He'd carry my G19, he likes it, but I know he really wants something else. He's only home for 2 weeks every 4 months or so, that's why I'd like to have something for him of his own, even if he decides he wants something else too. I am fine with buying more than one gun. :)

    Love my Glock 36.
Love my Sig P220C also but I think it's just not that comfortable to carry for very long.

Obviously this is a personal opinion, and mine varries. I EDC my Sig P220R IWB in a CB Supertuck, at 4:30 to 5:00 and find it very comfortable for all day every day carry.

I think the comment was made specifically, no grip safety. I just had a thought, how about a Magnum Research "Baby Eagle" 45? Very similar to the EAA, too.

    Beretta 8045F (Mini Cougar)

Quality gun, great to shoot, and easy to conceal.

    All metal too.

Except I don't think it's still being made. I was looking at this for a purchase a few years ago and discovered that sad fact.
