Glock 4 gen *Not 4th gen

I found the new glock and fell in love with it. I never liked the 3rd gen it was two big. But the new one has a slimmer grip witch makes it fit better in my hand i found a 9mm and a 40 s&w for 599 each but i think i can find a better price. To bad i just lost my job so wont be getting it anytime soon.

New Glocks are $507+tax here in the local shops, but I can do better than that as well. I have. $513 tax included with no discounts.

A friend of mine who works in a local gun shop tells me that there is no such thing as a "4th generation" Glock. The ambi mag release, SF modifications and RTF2 frame texture are merely options on 3rd generation pistols. Not sure what Glock you are talking about being different (smaller grip?) than the 3rd generation pistols, especially since you mention 9mm and 40, and not the SF models, which are 10mm and 45 only. All 9mm and 40 Glock grips are the same as they've always been in the 3rd generation pistols.

I'm so glad they've made these ergo changes. They are making a great gun even better. Kudos to Glock.

Yeah just new surface grip on some of the models as an option...and new cocking serrations. I have bought Glocks except for 10mm and .45 for 468 with NS.

I prefer the orig 3rd gen grips. I don't have huge hands or anything. However I think it is good that they are offering something new (as long as the mags are universial).
