I finally got around to getting my friend's digital camera.
Anyways
Glock 17
XS Big Dot Sights
Surefire X200B
Surefire SL-11 Tape Switch
Stainless guide rod.
Gear: (not shown) Blade-Tech holster and mag pouch
Wilderness Instructor Belt (soon to be replaced with a 32" titanium model)
Emerson Commander (I also have a Strider SBTG at the factory getting serviced) and a Microtech Halo III will be joining them soon.
I cant get pics to attach directly to a post....
Says "attachment in progress", but waiting does no good....
Stuck with linking to pics for now till I get this figured out....
Thanks for posting! I love seeing the "other guys" guns. Not particularly a glock fan but I can appreciate any fin weapon and that's a sharp looking weapon/light combo!
Do you carry it wiht the laight attached on a regular basis? How does that affect concealability? I plan on having the exact same setup for Range/Instruction/Home Defense.
I have had th elight attached since I got it. The X200B is SMALL. When the light is attached to the Glock, it's no wider than a HK USP. You can't even tell a differance. The light sticks out maybe 1/8 of an inch when you look straight down on top of the gun.
Glocks have spoiled my wife and I. A G17 was my first, a G26 her first. We now judge every gun we touch by our Glocks - not the look, but the feel, and most importantly - the simplicity and the RELIABILITY.
Reliability is paramount to us. That's my "acid" test, as is hers.
Love 'em!:image035:
But, those Sigs and 1911's (any) sure are purty!
