CZ Rami Question re. selective sa/da

CZ's website reads:
The trigger mechanism operates in selective DA and SA mode of fire respecting shooter's preferences. The magazine is of a double-column type with a single cartridge outlet.

Is it possible to select a DAO mode for this gun or is this "new language" to describe a decock feature?

Actually all they are trying to say is that you can fire it DA or you can fire it SA. It has the capability of either. There is not DAO capability with the RAMI. If you have a non decocker model it can be carried cocked and locked.

To clarify: On DA/SA CZ's, you can manually lower the hammer (on a live round. Practice doing this with an empty pistol and be safe) and then fire the pistol double action for the first shot. It's a long, heavy double action. The safety can't (and doesn't need to be) engaged when you do this. All following shots are single action. Or, you can carry with the hammer back and the safety engaged as you would a 1911.
