I tried about a dozen different makes/models when looking for a carry gun. I ended up with a G30 (Gen 2.5) because--among other reasons--I shot the best with it. My hands are large but not fat so I have no trouble with the grip. I keep it in a SuperTuck from CrossBreed Holsters (on a CrossBreed belt) and I haven't had any trouble from any item in my rig.

It is my EDC in a Crossbreed Supertuck. You can't beat this rig! However, for deep concealment is it a bit bulky. Like always, when you want to have maximum concealment, you may have to sacrifice a couple of rounds. I use an SP101 .357 mag for those occasions and I am looking at a G36 too.
The G30 is definitely the best shooter in 45 cal to have on your hip. It is accurate, dependable and has 11 rounds. You have to carefully consider your particular situation / wardrobe options to determine the best combination of firepower and concealment. The best gun is the one you have on you.

Great for OWB, but hated it for IWB.
Sold it, and got a Glock 27.
    Much better.

I guess I will order a Stealthgear Onyx for my G30 next paycheck. I carry my G26 now and that thing is so easy to carry. I love that G26. I hope the 30 rides decently as well.
