Pocket clip for P3AT help needed
I bought a right hand pocket type clip for my Kel Tec P3AT, seemed like a good idea at the time. Before I install it or take it back to store do any of you have experience with this clip? Can you use it as a in the waste band carry or just a pocket carry? What else is this clip good for, don't know but thought it might work in wife's purse to hold gun in place in one of the many compartments etc.? Help Help thank you!

I had one on my P3AT and have one on my P11. I use it as an IWB option, it works very well. I have a friend that is right handed that uses a left handed clip to carry in the small of his back.

I have used one on my P-3AT since Day One. I usually wear cheap, beltless shorts about 6 month of the year, so it is a great way for me to carry. It has stayed where it should even when bending and stretching while loading trucks.

Carried my PF9 from the beginning with the universal clip IWB with no problems. This is held in place with the new age "tape" which will not come off until you really want it to. Too strong to really call it tape.

When I need to carry with deep concealment I carry my P3AT with clip. Works well IWB appendix carry. Of course, the trigger is not guarded in this way so no round chambered.

I do not like the carry of a pistol in any way without the trigger being covered. Perhaps the KelTec could be carried in a pocket with a clip, and probably safely, too...just not the way I would do it.
