I find it a various festivals and traveling shows, but an online search will help you with the leather, the buckle can be anything from basic to gaudy, and the hardware?

A pair of strong shears and a hole punch. You will need rivets and the accompanying tool, which will also require a hammer. You could stitch it, this would dictate the use of waxed gut and a special needle, but I prefer the rivets for strength.

Bulk leather on-line will get you going on many projects as well, including sheaths (a good start) and holsters (something I will start up soon).

I have said it here many times and its true about belts as well.........CCW is not the place to go cheap! You have a carry handgun...you have a holster for it, get the gun belt to complete the package.

    Apologies, if it wasn't obvious.
I (unfortunately) thought of that when I posted - thus, the - but I'm not sure I would consider that "holstered".

    you don't "need" one.

it will make a difference, noticeable even with a light little PPS.

less sag, less wobble, when you run, jump, or do the pee-pee dance.

The answer to this is very simple. Beltman belts. They look like leather dress belts and are one of the best made belts you will find. Worth every penny.
