    My NEW Springfield XD40SC

I went and shot my new pistol today and WOW..what a nice shooter!
Shot 50rds of FMJ and 10rds of JHP.
I thought it was going to have more muzzel flip then it did but to my surprise did'nt have much, was able to stay on the target fairly well.
Got home and cleaned it and was easy to field strip and clean.
So...im VERY happy with my new gun!

Somewhere in Croatia, a child will have new shoes this Christmas.

    God bless us, everyone.

Congratulations! Hope this develops into a good marriage. You sound impressed, and obviously made the right choice. My best wishes to you honeymooners, and hoping you both will enjoy many more range trips, field strippings, and cleanings in the future!

Man that's funny right there, I don't care who you are!

As for liking that new XD, yep, not a surprise to me. I loved my XD .40 service model from the moment I picked it up. I still miss the Glock 23 from time to time but I'll get over it. My wife LOVES her XD .40 sc and carries it every day!

I bought one of my sons an XD-9sc last Friday.

Put 200 rounds through it on Sunday, what a great gun.

Actually as comfortable or moreso than my M&P9c and very little recoil.

I would have NO problem recommending that gun to anyone!

I think the .40's reputation for muzzle flip is unfounded. Even with the sub compacts.

    Congratulations on your new ourchase.

I picked up my XD40SC on Tuesday of this week. Won't get a chance to shoot it until next Wednesday but I'm very happy with it so far. I love the trigger on it - nice and smooth and I've been dry firing it enough to know when it goes bang.
