Love your video, and will send it to my brother--he was USMC rifleman on the DMZ in '67-'68, and will definitely understand!
Others commenting about Beretta,
I bought my M92FS soon after the Army adopted its twin the M9, figuring that it should be a decent weapon. Never used either civ or mil version a whole lot, but in some hundreds of rounds fired I never had a malfunction of any kind, with M92 or M9, whether with ball or JHP ammo. My father bought one, too, and it did the same for him. Ditto for a couple of other Beretta compacts or mini's I've owned.
I've seen various unflattering comments about GI M9's, and wonder why it seems to have had problems. Different manufacturing QA/QC for a govt contract? Much heavier usage? Poor maintenance? I'm not sure. Obviously 9mm ball ammo is a mediocre SD/HD round, but that's a different issue.
Personally, I've moved back to revolvers for a variety of reasons that aren't really tactical or technical in nature. (Read: CAS, wife & daughters, reloading, living in rural LA instead of Houston, etc.) Nonetheless, I would feel well-armed for HD/SD with a Beretta semi of 9mm or larger.
