I carry a S&W 642 as my backup...Vast majority of the time it's in a Badger Reload by Desbiens Gun Leather (same setup as Thumper)...Great design for a spare mag and BUG...Sometimes I carry it in a pocket holster (also by DGL), but usually in the Badger Reload.
My primary is a S&W M&P...working a plainclothes assignment now, so it is untucked shirts or a light jacket to conceal (thank goodness it's finally getting cooler, it makes it SO much easier to conceal!!!)

Primary backup is a S&W 442-2 carried weakside in a Mika pocket holster.
Secondary backup is a Kel-Tec P3AT w/+1 extended magazine, pocket carried in a Holdster.
