I've been carrying my current firearm (Armalite AR-24k, which is a CZ 75 clone) and though I love it to shoot, it's not very comfortable as a carry gun for IWB, and not very concealable OWB. I've been considering bobbing the hammer and cutting down the beavertail to make it more comfortable (it tends to dig into my side while carrying IWB). At the same time, I wonder if it might be better to leave it alone, sell it (which I've been trying to do for a while without much luck) and get something a bit more comfortable.
I had the same problem with a full size 75. Great pistol but was harder to carry IWB due to it's thich grip. Sold it off as I already had 5 9mm's and went back to carrying my 5" Springer.
I think with the right holster you could pull it off as a winter OWB carry piece. They are very good pistols for the money and extremely accurate and reliable, especially after a good trigger job.
I try to carry it OWB, but even with a jacket on, the bottom of my OWB holster shows about 1". Carrying something else isn't an option as it's my only handgun.
