    my old Colt Government in my country. Ill never import it here because i dont want an importer to stamp their mark on it. used in WW2

    That doesn't look like a WWII Colt. checkered front strap, magwell, skelitonized hammer, novak style shights. Does look ready for refinishing. FYI

    yeah it was updated afaik. I dont have it in my hands at the moment tho.

    I don't believe it is. Colt did not put their company address on the receivers like the one shown, and on the government contract pistols they were marked United States Property, the commercial models didn't get the company address marking on the frame until the introduction of the Series 70 Model. The slide itself is not WWII era either, Colt didn't use angled cocking serrations until the introduction of the Gold Cup pistols.

    A Colt WWII era government contract pistol is stamped like this;



    And a commercial Government Model pistol is stamped like this;

    Picked up another Wilson. This is the CQB Tactical LE. I didn't like the green too much but it is growing on me.
