    What model is my S&W?

    Hello, All!

It's great to find this group! I'm the new owner of a S&W model 65-2 .357 in stainless. It has the rubber grips, and I would really like to find a replacement set in wood. My problem is, with this being my first S&W, I don't know what frame size to order. Can any of you guys (gals) help?

    Thanks,

    Lyeffion

It should be a K frame. You'll need to look and see if it's round butt or square butt. Look here www.gungripsupply.com and it will show you the differences and what grips they have available. There should be many places with K frame grips.

Should be a K-frame...wait for confirmation from others though.

It's a 100% K frame. Great revolver for SD. I can highly recommend Ahrends for a set of replacements. Have them on most of my S&W's.

You have a K Frame revolver. For my K Frames I prefer the S&W service grips which can be ordered here:
