I tried to find one early last year, but none of the distributors had any. After several months of them not being able to get any I gave up and bought a Steyr M357.

Like everyone else said, the caliber is great, the firearm is great... wonder why they are dropping it? They must have their reasons. Sorry, Rocky, not much help.

Don't really understand it either, there is tons of 357Sig ammo available online... I've been thinking about getting one.... I like the idea that it mimics the infamous 125gr .357 mag round that is the king, in terms of stopping power...

Plenty of 357 SIG around these parts, although I tend to get mine mail order and save some $$$$. Other than 45 ACP or 357 Mag, 357 SIG in my Glock 32 is one of my favorite carry weapons. And it is my favorite "semi auto pistol" cartridge produced, period.

Our local WW...stocks it quite regularly due to our local SD using as a Issue round. It is a powerhouse. They probably are just ridding it because of money. Probably isnt popular enough to warrant the production costs. Kind of like the XD being dropped in .45 GAP. These companies are all about the bottom line. If they cant sell it, they aint gonna keep making it. Too bad...I hear the FNH/FNP platform is greatly underrated as a carry piece.

The FNP is fantastic shooting gun. I carry mine all the time in one of Rockys holsters. Never had a problem with it, shoots every time and accurate.

I adopted one today. I was in panic mode and found one.

I guess Christmas in 2012 is covered now.

About 6 months ago I was ready to buy one, I scoured all the dealers within my area and no dice. I ended up buying stuff for my Harley instead.

I would still like to get one but I have to save some cash again.... Now we need a range report. Good luck with it, I'm a touch jealous.
