Ruger SR9C

Hello peeps! I have always liked the SR9's and owned a couple just can't get comfortable CCWing it becs of the grips but now with this new SR9c its perfect for me!10 +1, thumb safety ala 1911, very slim and the best part is i can get a perfect grip with the extension thingy that came with it..I already shot 100 rounds through it and ofcourse did not have a single problem, did some adjustments on the rear sight to get it to POA = POI so i just need more 9mm practice ammo and i will have my alternate CCW piece to my SP101..here it is I;ll take a picture with my XDm 3.8 so you guys can see the difference..

It looks pretty nice. I think it superior to the Glock, XD, M&Ps because of its slenderness and I like the manual safety.

I liked the full size SR9 alot. Rueger seems to have hit a home run with this one. I'm only concerned with the grip size. My hands are on the larger scale and after firing the LCP I am a little apprehensive about a compact. Hopefully my local range will have the SR9c as a rental.

why is the bottom of the trigger guard a lighter color than the rest?

I looked at one of them and they are very nice pistols, but I did not feel very comfortable with the heavy trigger and the manual safety.

Good choice . I also have a SR9 and love it. High capacity (I always fill the mag with one less round than called for ...military training) Good grips and looks great (OD green). I was shocked that my wife could put 16 rounds right target. Looks like I lost my Ruger to her. Now I get to go shopping.....

I like my Ruger P345 so much (it became my primary carry), it has really re-kindled my enthusiasm for the label. The SR9c is definitely on my short list, but, I'm waiting until they are more readily available.

I held one at a show yesterday, I really like the "extension" concept. Full size for plinking at the range, compact for carry. In my top-5 for my next gun.

i also have a Ruger SR9 i like the new SR9c it looks like a great BUG.

I have no problems concealing my SR9 i keep it IWB at 4 oclock position. whats the difference the SR(c looks almost the same length ans the grip on an SR9 with the high cap mag in it .
