I know what I'm saving my pennies for, how about you?

    cool ed brown video

I noted he said in the video, "We manufacture to the tightest tolerances in the industry." How many people are complaining about the break in process, or malfunctions in Ed Brown pistols?

    What break in process?

Here's the Ed Brown manual: http://www.edbrown.com/adobe.pdf/hgunmanual.pdf

There's no "break in process" listed.

As for malfunctions, every gun will malf at some point in it's service life, what matters is what causes the malf. Regarding Ed Brown, there are very few (statistically speaking) cases of "gun issues" causing the malfunctions.

I'm torn between an Ed Brown and a Wilson Combat for my next treat to myself.

I've had both. The Brown just spoke to me. Seemed that there was more time spent on fit. Brown's still with me, Wilson's gone.

Ed Brown makes some sweet guns, but I am curious to see what Todd Jarrett will be offering now that he left Para. Word on the street is he is starting his own 1911 company.... I also wouldn't mind one of these: LST Firearms - Lightning Strike Technology!

I should be picking up a new M4gery either this weekend or sometime next week. Next on the list will be a safe to keep all my firearms in.

When I finish this contract in Iraq I get a contract completion bonus, more than enough for a new toy; I have decided a S&W 500, 8 3/8 interchangeable comp is going to join the family.

I'd also like to get another EBR. LMT maybe?

Personally, I save my pennies for ammo.
