    which small 9mm for carry?

Well I narrowed my choices down to two a Glock 26 or a Beretta PX4 subcompact. Of these two which would you get? I used to own a Glock 26 and loved it but the Beretta fells a little bit nicer in my hands but I haven't shot one yet,for those who own the Beretta how does it shoot compared to the Glock?

    History and experience

Personally I'd get the Glock, since it is a proven product with a long history on the market. The Beretta is pretty new, and sometimes new guns have a problem. It seems to take manufacturers several years to get all the bugs out of many new handguns.

    Glock-26, proven, dependable, concealable...hey, it's a Glock!

I have a few Glocks as well as the PX4 I love the Glocks however the PX4 is just as reliable, shoots extremely well and is better looking. Even though i'm a Glock fan; between the two i would take the PX4

If your sticking to those 2 choises then the Glock for sure. but then of course you can go cheaper and smaller with the kel tec pf9 if you can find one, or if money isnt an issue, go with the kahr pm9. The Kahr pm9 would be my choice.

Glock 26. Accurate, reliable, easy to customize or work on. Huge aftermarket support. Did I mention reliable?

I'm tossing this choice around myself. I had a glock 26 and it was very concealable. I suffer from "dunlaps" and I could appendix carry with the right clothing. I want another so that I can use my g19 mags when on duty if I should need to go to a bug. But I would say if its one of those need it now type situations, I would go glock all day long, but I want to broaden my horizons.

Between the Glock and the Beretta? Hands down the Glock.

For a small 9mm? I carry a Kahr PM9. One of my previous EDC's was the Glock 27.

Good pistols but not my choice at all.

I would point you to the Walther PPS or the Taurus 709.

Both are very slim and both have good a reputation.

The Walther is expensive but well made. The Taurus is somewhat less expensive and fairly new but worth having a look at.

If you really want a Glock 26, I have several. I do not stock the Beretta but can get it in a couple days.

Please check my website for best pricing.

All good choices. I'm in the market myself and am leaning toward the Kahr pm 9. Slim, simple operation, nice little single stack 9mm.

Neither, I like the M&P 9c much better than either

The Glock, just the aftermarket support alone makes the difference. Look at all the holsters and such available for it.
