Night sights with a daily carry gun?

My license should be in my mailbox early this coming week and I'm getting ready to pick up a Glock 27 for my daily carry. During my research for which night sights to get for the gun, I stumbled across someone saying that night sights will show through lighter summer clothing.

Do any of you have this issue or was that guy just wearing extremely light shirts? :)

Of all the things to worry about, night sights showing up through light clothing is about like the value of Pi to the 47th decimal place.

I've got night sights on at least three guns and they won't be visible thru anything short of a fishnet shirt.

    Not a problem...

Get the night sights, you'll soon appreciate them.

Excellent information, thank you! I figured if it was that big of a deal that I would find posts about this on here already but I wanted to verify before making the purchase.

Take a look at the XS Big Dots for your new Glock. Excellent choice IMO.
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.

You'd have to be wearing see through lingerie to see the night sights. It's not a concern whatsoever.

My Trijicons are also great sights during the day...the big dots are easy to see...I only need a reference point (point shooting), and the Trij's work well day or night.
