Got your attention, huh?
I let two guns go from the armory(what SO calls the safes), and as expected, I am post partum depression. Never again. Used guns should be locked in the safe.
So, have you let one loose and regretted it later?
Yep Ruger P89.
Ruger P345, S&W 637
SKS, Ruger 1022
I've let a few go over the years that I've regretted. Two that stand out are a S&W M65, and a Sig P232.
I let two Sccy's go and never regretted it. I sold my first 22LR single shot, my first 10/22 and my first shotgun when I was in college and quit hunting. I now wish I had them but no tears.

Yep. A pristine battlefield pickup 7.7 Jap Arisaka complete with anti-air sights, bipod and the Imperial Chrysanthemum. Had the sling too.
Bought for 25 bucks.
Sold it for 40.
Now worth around 1200.

A Stainless steel Ruger Super Blackhawk 44. I wish I had it now.
Yep. Sold both 20 years ago. A pre-1960 Remington Fieldmaster Pump 22 rifle for $125 and a Luger 22lr pistol for $75. Sold both for what I paid for them. Wish I had them both back.

Of course. My Weatherby 30-06 somehow stayed with the ex. Ouch. I felt like hunting him down to claim it. Oh well.
The Browning Hi-Power. Hmmm. Probably not a good idea to divest.
Live and learn. It's the cars that are the killer though.
I better not get started or I'll start blubbering.
Oh I almost forgot....I sold a P220 and traded a P229 (both mid 90's models).
Sometimes I have dreams about them both.
If I gave a crap about what you think about my guns.....it was early this morning and I already flushed it!
