Tim at TTGunleather is the Man!!

I ordered a stronghold owb holster for my P7 and couldn't wait to get it. It came in Monday and I was on a business trip and didn't get home til last night and I was like a kid at Christmas when I opened it. The holster is very well made and just by looking at it I was very impressed til I put it on.... it held the gun too high and I couldn't hide it with no matter what kinda shirt I put on. Needless to say I was very disappointed...I looked over his website and couldn't find a satisfaction warranty...I sent him an email asking if I could send it back for a refund... (I didn't want a $100 holster that i could only wear checking cows or riding my UTV) and 5 minutes after I sent the email I get a phone call and its Tim.... asking why I didn't like it and he was deternined to have a satisfied customer...(Come to find out I bought the first P7 Stronghold he sold) Long story short he is going to redesign it and drop it down some and move the cant a little forward and I think it will alleviate the problem... I was still a little bummed out that I was gonna have to send this one back and wait for another one to come ( it is the only OWB holster that i have at the moment for my P7 and I was wanting to carry it with me tomorrow turkey scouting) Tim told me to go ahead and use this one til my other one came in. Tim is very determined to have satisfied customers and goes out of his way to make people happy. I will be ordering more from him in the future. Just thought I would share my experience...Robbie

That doesn't surprise me a bit about Tim.

Tim is a top-notch guy in all aspects of his business.!

    Thumbs up

I will never buy a holster from any other maker; Tim is it. I only wish I knew this several holsters and hundreds of dollars ago.
What if the Hokey-Pokey really is what it's all about?

Tim did more than right by me too... he obviously knows how to build a strong customer base!

Can't wait to get mine. I placed an order in November, so I should be getting close.

That is awesome! As much as I love my Pure Kustom Holster, I may try out one of TT Gunleather Holsters.

What would have been better was if he said to just keep that one and he will make you a new one. Now that would have been great customer service.
