High Noon: Split Decision vs. Hidden Ally
I see that the Split Decision sits higher and has a FBI cant. The Hidden Ally sits lower and is a straight drop. It would seem that each has a + and - in terms of concealability.
I'd really like to be able to CCW a 1911 and was wondering which would likely cover up the longer grip better.

I would say that the forward cant would conceal alot better, plus it allows for faster presentation. On a side note I just bought a High Noon holster and wow, what a great holster. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

Deffinately need a bit of cant for most guns with a full sized grip.

For a full size 1911 go with the tailgunner. For smaller 1911 4" or less then it depends where you carry. 3O'clock either is good behind that the split decision wins. YMMV
