I recently bought a Ruger LCP for concealed carry, and am looking for the "perfect" holster, or method of carry. I know several factors apply to my question. But I'm trying to get an over all opinion. Thanks.

Most people I know pocket carry the Ruger LCP. The desantis nemesis pocket holster seems to be a popular choice.

I pocket carry my Ruger LCP in a holster from Sideguard Holsters -- see Side Guard Holsters - Home Page.
The particular model I have is the Rough Out -- see Side Guard Holsters - Pocket Holsters - Rough Out
Hope this helps!

My views are my own - they may or may not reflect those of my employer.
Fobus makes a pretty sweet OWB paddle holster. Several people make simple leather clip on IWB holsters. I own both of the above mentioned....I'm not much of a pocket carrier. Comp-Tac also makes their holsters in a tuckable kyndex version for the LCP. Check out Ebay too...they have a bunch of different things available.

As I carry my LCP as a Back Up, I have this holster rigged to carry two spare magazines for my primary weapon and carried on my weak side. However since this is a totally modular system, you can use this holster without the mag carrier as your primary rig.
Again, because it is modular, using various mounting accessories you can get it set up for IWB, OWB or as a tuckable holster.
You can get it here at The Malabar Front

I carru my LCP in a Uncle Mikes pocket holster that I cut a bit of the stitiching on the "tab" to enable me to also carry a second mag in it, works great for me.

Uncle Mikes pocket here too. I also have the Fobus paddle holster as well. Both work great.

In most cases, cheap holsters are a waste of money. In this case, the lcp's weight and size make the cheapo uncle mikes holsters a good choice. I have a pocket and and IWB for my lcp from uncle mike's ant they are fine. The IWB is a secure fit and very comfortable.
I HATE these same holsters for larger arms.

I like the Desantis Super Fly, you can change the flap to suit either left or right pocket carry and it conceals well and stays in the pocket on the draw.
