    Misleading Mag Holder.

I am looking for a belt carried mag holder for the 10+2 double stack mags for my Glock 26. Instead of trying to conceal it, I was thinking I could hide it in plain sight. A sheath for a knife or a tool That said "Craftsman" or "Buck" would work fine.

    Does anyone else do this?

Would a leatherman holster work? I think they are about $6

Leatherman cases are not fat enough, niether are most knife cases I have found. I can pick up a non descript black nylon mag pouch, but they look like mag pouches.

Gerber multiplier cases (nylon) work decent to hold a spare double stack mag in.

An interesting Idea that I have not tried until tonight.
I have a laser measuring tool that I use for work. I tried using its case. It is 2 3/4" wide x 5 1/4" high. It is made of nylon with a Velcro flap and a Velcro belt loop on the back. It worked well for two single stack 7 rd. mags. It worked for two 15 rd. Sig double stack mags. but was a little tight.

I have done this with a case that came with a cheap razor knife from lowes. I think it is a kobalt. It works well for me, and i find it more comfortable than a regular magazine pouch. I don't have a glock so I don't know if it would work but I have used it with Hi Power and 1911 magazines and even speed strips, when my pockets were full. Good Luck!

Get a digital camera belt case. They come in different sizes. I use a small one for two LCP mags. No one has asked about it.
The number of people killed because they didn't have "enough gun" is dwarfed by those who had none at all. Get a gun you will always carry, and add more capability as you grow.
