Problem with my C.T.A.C holster...

    Problem with my C.T.A.C holster...

    One of my CTAC holsters is very tight. What can I do to loosen it up a bit?

    Have you cantacted the folks @ Comp-Tac? What did they say?

    Adjust the retention screw with a small allen wrench. It's the screw with the rubber grommet right below the trigger guard part of the kydex. Don't go too loose though.

    I loosened that until I could wiggle it with my thumb and it was still too tight. I may have to call them and see what they say.

    mine too. I took one of the screws out. Works fine now. Still has retention.

    I thought about heating it up a little to see if I could spread it out and then tighten it with the screws if needed.

    If you've loosened the retention screw as far as it'll go, call 'em. Sounds like you might have a holster for a slightly diffrent model.
