Looks like pretty sweet rig. Can the angle of the firearm be adjusted at all? Doesn't look like it, but maybe i'm not looking hard enough.

My g/f uses the Sting-Ray for her 1911 in IDPA, and I use it occasionally, too. We like both the Tek-Lok and paddle attachments more than the belt attachment. Furthermore, for kydex, I like the Blackhawk (I have the non-SERPA) more, but the g/f prefers the Blade-Tech.

Sorry, no experience with the other holsters, other than that I have also considered the Gladiator as an OWB, given how much I like my MTAC.

I have a Gladiator which I like very, very, much. I just sent a Blade Tech with Sting Ray attachment back to Blade-Tech. It was allowing the magazine to release due to the design-it allowed the gun to pivot forward from pressure on the butt (mag base) when I sit in a chair. Looks like it was due to over generous area and shape above the slide. Bad news, don't know if it happens with other guns but it did with my M and P. Don't know what BT will do for me, they offered to fix it or do something to make me a satisfied customer. I'm unquestionably satisfied with the Gladiator, great idea, great execution of an idea.

    I have a Comp-Tac Gladiator

    Hello,

Here are some pictures of my Gladiator. I use it for my full size Colt 1911.

My main comments are the leather piece is beautifully made and the Kydex piece fits perfectly. All Gladiators use the same piece of leather, so if you have a short barrelled gun, you will have full muzzle coverage. If you have a long barrelled gun (like my 5"), the leather doesn't cover the last 1.5 inches of it.
