what would you do with this holster??

I got a Comp-Tac Infidel for my Ruger SR9c...the only thing is its made for the full size SR9 so its a bit long...would it be worth modifying it to actually fit the gun and be a little more compact..It can be done relatively easily I assume as all thats hanging over is the extra kydex at the end no other stuff...if so how would you cut it?? sanding it smooth would seem easy enough....BTW nice holster....not as nice as the RM lowrider...but I can wear all my jeans/shorts again with this holster unlike the Crossbreed :) . I got it NIB from Ebay for $30 so well worth the $$$.

Dremmel? For $30 you don't have much to loose, but then you could sell it on E-Bay too.
I'd cut it.

I may try to do the dremmel thing I just wondered if there were other ways that may be better..or just leave it..but I think I may try to modify it a little.

How much longer in length is it from the SR9c ?

Fine tooth hack saw blade should do it & then sand the cut edge to finish it off.
Mark your cut line with masking tape first & then carefully follow the tape edge when hack sawing.

im guessing 1/2 " id have to cut off is it

If it's only an extra 1/2"or so in length, I wouldn't modify it. Just my opinion. But if the extra length really bothers you, it's understandable.
