Anything I won't like about the MTAC?

i too have the CTAC, and i have been very comfortable with it, and i just placed an order for the MTAC last Friday.

I have had the MTAC for my G27 for about 2 weeks, almost 3. I LOVE IT! I had given up on carrying IWB comfortably. Then I found the MTAC. It did take some adjusting and wearing it to find the best position and I am still working on the cant.
The one bad thing I encountered was the length of the clips. I got the standard clips because I like the weight of the gun on my belt not my pants. What I found was that the front clip was too long and kept poking me in the thigh when sitting or bending my leg at the hip. So I cut it off and used a dremel to round and smooth it back out....Good as gold now.
The issue with the mouth closing i havent noticed...I dont cinch my belt to its final length until I holster the gun, then I adjust my belt.
Mine is just now starting to get "broken in". As soon as I get the cant where i want it I will never wear anything else.

Kind of hard to put on. If you have to take it off and put it on in the car - it's a hassle. I only use mine when I know it's staying on me until I get back home.
If I'm going to work that day, I use a different holster.
