I think I'm going to try the Recluse... they said I can return it if i don't like it. Should I get Kydex or leather and why?
Thanks!

That's a neat idea. The reviews on the site say that the leather forms better to your body, so...
Oh, and the price is the same.

Nice holster.
I've found myself purchasing several Kydex holsters recently. The gun is just flying out of the holster - very slick. I do love the feel of leather better, but you can also wash the Kydex.
This one of those never-ending decisions in the hunt for a perfect holster.
Good luck to you.
It looks like a neat idea. I would think leather would be more comfortable & maybe easier to access the gun, especially if it's for the back pocket. However, kydex will hold its shape better (Leather pocket holsters will start forming to the gun after time).

I think Kydex might be a little tougher on your gun's finish - perhaps others know for sure.
I prefer Kydex. I like the "click-click" of drawing and holstering. As another poster mentioned, the draw is almost frictionless. I also like the light weight and small size of the Kydex offerings. Leather can be thick and bulky and for me, the less holster, the better.
Or, you can have your cake and eat it too. I don't have one, but the concept sounds interesting.
