Holster makers- Can you help me out?

Cleaning out my reloading room, I found an ankle holster for a S&W J-Frame. However, the ankle part has been torn off. Its still in great condition, has a thumb break and retention screw.
I was wondering if someone can make it into an IWB holster for me. I would need the thumb snap to be cut off and re-done so it wouldn't fall apart and I'm thinking a belt clip would do nicely on it.
I can take a pic or two of it if that helps with any ideas.

Frankly, it sounds like a lot of work vs. a new holster from the ground up. Still, I know that Ken Null will do custom work, and possibly help you out. Also, TT Leather offered to make me a custom pancake with a safety snap-strap, and I may well take him up on it.

If anyone would do it, which is doubtful, you would have as much or more than a new holster tied up in it.
