Recommendation for a cross-draw holster for a Ruger DAO SP101 revolver. I'm "set" that this Ruger will be my next purchase. I'm a righthanded shooter and wear a Wilderness Tactical Instructor's Belt. Thanks! Oh yeah, leather is a first choice.

Do you want an inside the waistband or worn on the belt ? Take a look at Highnoon Holsters they are a sponser of this forum. I have seveal of their holsters and the quality is second to none. I do not carry a SP 101 so I cannot comment on that particular firearm however my Glocks and Smith and Wesson autos work well in them.

sideguard holsters http://www.sideguardholsters.com/hol...CrossGuard.htm see ad for link on defensivecarry.com page. You will get excellant service and a great product. I love mine in fact bought two, for: SP 101 and S & W 642. The smell of leather in the morning makes me smile......well, sometimes I use the same belt as you have, other times a leather one.

Here's a "Two-Fer" for ya', a driving and a crossdraw... FIST, INC.
I have one for my Glock-36, and it's great for long trips.
