Be careful of where your trigger finger ends up after the draw. Often (I and others) will push too hard and the finger will curl into the trigger guard.

Other than that, it's not bad. Comfortable for OC, but sticks out a little too much for CC.

I really like mine. You got a good deal, too. I paid close to $50 for mine.

I like mine and don't have any problems with the finger release. Even if I curled mine it would still land on the slide not inside the trigger guard. It is not a great holster for concealed carry unless you are wearing a coat since it tends to stick out more than most holsters. I wear mine anytime I open carry and when working around the property, mainly because of the good retension.

    As mentioned above....great OC holster.

I've CC'd with it in the winter/cold days wearing a larger coat. I've also used the SERPA on multiple deployments as a belt holster, drop-leg, and chest-mounted. Works as adveristed and never a problem.

Like any other piece of gear--you need to practice with it. IMO--you really have to work to put your finger on the trigger on the draw....so practice safely and carry often.

One final note: make sure you have the passive safety properly adjusted (cross-slot screw) when practicing.

I do not think that you can complain much for only $20

Ny nephew has one of these, and he loves it. He tells me I need to get one. I will follow his advice and track one down. he does only use it for OC, which is what I would use it for
