Two Custom Holsters from Monica Kuehn

I've been visiting Monica Kuehn's website for the past couple of months as I pondered ordering a couple of holsters. When she began accepting orders for the next batch on May 24th, I sent in a request for a Bodhi model IWB for my Colt Commander, and a CSO model OWB for my Glock 26. Then I settled down for what I thought would be a long wait, based on my experience in dealing with other holster makers.

Monica sent me a few days later confirm receipt of my payment, and then an e-mail on June 4th that my holsters were on the way. They arrived in Ohio on June 7th. Yes, you read that right - I received two handmade hoslters from Monica in exactly two weeks from the day I placed the order!

I'm amazed at how comfortable each of these is, and the attention to detail in the stitching and coloring. From what I've seen and handled in other holsters, Monica's work is of the highest quality. Each fit the gun perfectly, and they were very reasonably priced. I am more than pleased with my purchase, and Monica's customer service just can't be topped.

I'll be back for more; just don't hog all of the ordering spots for the next time the order window opens. :)

Yep, her work appears to be excellent. Planning to place an order in July when she opens up orders again. I think she is doing a good thing with the ordering limit. She only takes as many orders as she can handle and will then close the order windown so that she can work within a good time allotment. This is the reasons her turn around times are very short and better than reasonable. The only problem with this is that you have to be quick to put in your order because the open window will not be open for long if there is a long list of buyers in line. Still, I think I will take my chances and try to put in an order when the window opens up.
