    Vintage Buchmeier holster question

Don't know how long they have been out of business, but I've come across (for 2 bucks) a Buchmeier Holster and I'm having trouble finding out what revolver(s) it was intended for. The number/model # on the back is B 845, OWB belt/duty style, black. Crazy tight leather, very firm design.
Looking around on the web, I'm just finding odd ebay auctions for different models.
Could anyone point me in a direction?
    Thanks, GL

You are referring to Bucheimer holsters. I believe they have been out of business since the 1970s. You won't find much info out there regarding gun fit but for 2 bucks why not take a chance and try it? There used to be a lot of them around and I have one that fits a 4" K frame revolver. I just happen to like old stuff like that. (Old stuff like me actually).

Bucheimer, and Bucheimer Clark, had a very good segment of the holster business back in the 1970's. They produced a good variety, and had several very innovative designs. I don't know what happened, but they just aren't there anymore. Sorry to see them gone.

    Holster

I have one of these holsters that was passed down to me though a couple of generations. It fits a S&W M&P 1905 change 4 .38 spc police model. I beleive these were police issue which is what my .38 is. It is a very nice holster.

Here's an old but seldom used Bucheimer Federal Man that's occupies a permanent space in my Holster drawer. 1970s vintage. I haven't seen one in use for quite a spell but they do turn up in gun counters once in a blue moon.
