As soon as I've got one that's "finished," and usable, I'll post another picture and hit you up for feedback/critique again.

There are a lucky few around here that own one of his belts. He makes about the best looking belts I've seen anywhere.

Once again, a sincere "thank you" to everybody for the kind words.

@kpw...you're toward the top of the list when I start kicking out belts again. Shoot me a PM or e-mail.

The holster in the picture, as I've said earlier, is a prototype...it's the first generation of something I'm tinkering with, and I thought you all might get a kick out of seeing what the first step in the process looks like. The "holster," for lack of a better word, in the pictures, is a plain, rough, natural piece of scrap Hermann Oak leather. Once I've made modifications to it--this one, the sweat/shirt guard, and the stitch lines--along with a few others--it will go in the trash, or scrap bin.

The easy part's making them look decent cosmetically. The tough part's making them functional. Combining the two, for me anyway, is always a challenge.

As always, I appreciate everybody indulging me, and providing feedback on the stuff I'm putting out there. Please don't hesitate to be critical--every detail matters.
